In addition to Personal Training sessions, I can provide a number of other programmes and services.

Group Training Programmes

Beginners — a walking fitness group for beginners or those returning to fitness including gentle exercise. Please contact me if you wish to book a place on this programme.

Bootcamp — Six intense group exercise sessions both indoors and outdoors, all‑weathers, all fitness levels catered for. Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday early mornings in Haywards Heath have limited space now available — please contact me as soon as possible to arrange your free, no obligation "taster" session. Other days/venues starting soon — please pre‑register your interest by phoning or emailing me. Typical six‑week Bootcamp programmes:

Running

Absolute beginner or a more seasoned runner. From 5k to ultra-Marathon. As a keen and experienced runner, I can help you achieve your target, whether that is just to finish a race or if you are looking to smash a personal best. One-to-one sessions outdoors tailored to your target distance, fitness level and experience.

Weight Management and Diet advice

One off and/or on-going diet analysis and advice to help support the long-term changes required to manage your weight.
