My approach to Personal Training is completely flexible. Initially, I recommend in all cases a free consultation session. This is a chance for us to meet and for me to find out a little information about your health and fitness history and to plan out with you exactly what you are trying to achieve in the future. After the initial consultation, sessions can be booked either as you go or in blocks (discounts are offered for booking and paying for 5 sessions or more in advance). The frequency of sessions vary, some clients choose one session per week while others might prefer more or less often, depending on their particular requirements and the amount of support needed. Sessions typically last one hour but, again, this can be flexible if slightly shorter or longer sessions work better for you. Each session is designed and tailored to your needs to help ensure you reach your health and fitness goals. Regular free review sessions can be booked to review progress and update future targets.
Personal Training sessions can be provided in variety of locations, for example in your own home or workplace. I particularly enjoy exercising outdoors and sessions can be run in local parks or even in your own garden. In all these cases I can provide small portable exercise equipment to use.
Personal Training sessions are normally one-to-one to ensure you get as much out of the session as possible, but paired sessions with your spouse, partner or friend can also be arranged, as can small group sessions with friends.
